I had a lot of fun with this technique, using the layering stencils and inks in kind of a reverse stenciling way was something I would have never thought to do. So here is my entry for this month's tag.

Here is a card I made for my dad using the following supplies: My Mind's eye paper, Tim holtz Vintage market die, Tim Holtz Prize ribbons die, Tim Holtz Numbered stencil, embossing paste, black acrylic paint, and black glitter. I used the embossing paste, stencil, paint and glitter for the number "1" on the prize ribbon. I am entering this card into the Compendium of Curiosities challenge 4 which involves using stencils with embossing paste. A big shout out goes to www.thefunkiejunkie.com for sponsoring this portion of the challenge.

Here is my entry for the compendium of curiosities challenge 3 involving faux tea roses sponsored by Inspiration Emporium http://www.inspirationemporium.com/ . I used the Sizzix candy drawer die along with the following Tim Holtz dies: tattered pinecone, mini fleur de lis, vintage lace and Frameworks trellis dies. Sorry for the not so great pic, I didn't get a chance to take it during the daylight to get a better pic of it.
